You will need these ingredients and a blender:
- one hard boiled or scrambled egg (I peel it)
- 1/4 cup of apple juice
- 1/2 cup of honey (DO NOT use honeycomb, raw or unfiltered)
- 1 4oz bottle gerber juice with yogurt- fruit or banana flavors (if you can't find it use 2 oz yogurt mixed with 2
oz juice)
- 1 tsp of Rep-Cal Herptivite Vitamin Supplement (DO NOT substitute, if you can't find it at your pet store order it online,
just search the name)
- 2 tsp Rep-Cal calcium supplement with vit. D3 (DO NOT substitute)
- 2 2.5oz jars of chicken baby food (will say chicken with gravy/broth)
- 1/4 cup of wheat germ
- 1/2 cup of dry baby cereal
Blend together and keep in freezer. Serve 1 tablespoon a night per glider along with fresh or frozen veggies and fruit.
Treats: dried fruit, yogurt drops, and insects such as mealworms, waxworms and crickets.
